ON 5 November 2023 Southport Rugby Club had 2 cracking home wins.

The club's 1st XV had an impressive 2nd half performance to run out:- 22 - 10 winners v Leigh.

The 3rd XV scored a last-minute try from under their own posts curtesy of Chris Drescher. Final score Southport 3rd XV 23 Waterloo 19.
