SOUTHPORT is getting ready to host its biggest St Patrick’s Day party!

Excitement is building ahead of a special brand new event taking place at Victoria Park later this month.

The St Patrick’s Day Shindig Party will bring the town alive with an unforgettable celebration of Irish culture, music, and craic.

Organisers Elite Event Group are preparing a huge night on:- Saturday, 21 March 2026 packed with live entertainment, prizes, and plenty of surprises.

At the heart of the fun will be a marquee beer hall creating a true festival atmosphere, giving partygoers the perfect space to celebrate St Patrick’s Day in style.

The event is proudly supported by official drinks partner Guinness, ensuring the iconic Irish stout will be flowing throughout the celebrations.

Partygoers can expect a high energy live band delivering classic Irish favourites and crowd pleasing anthems, creating the perfect soundtrack for a proper Paddy’s Day celebration.

But the music is just the beginning.

The event will also feature exciting giveaways, fun competitions, and special prizes throughout the night, keeping the festivities flowing from start to finish.

There are 2 sessions available, with a choice of daytime 1pm-5pm or an evening session 6pm-10pm.

Tickets are available via the Skiddle website.

Elite Event Group CEO Mark Dilley said:- “We’re very excited to be hosting our 1st ever St Patrick’s Day Shindig Party in Southport! This follows the huge success of our Oktoberfest event at Victoria Park last October. People who joined us then will know what to expect - the biggest St Patrick’s party in town; superb live entertainment with a band playing Irish music; DJs; a brilliant atmosphere; delicious food from Chris Stead; a fabulous host; roaming entertainers; competitions, giveaways and challenges; and a great craic! All this will be inside our huge, fully-heated and fully-seated marquee at Victoria Park, just a short walk from Southport town centre. We’re delighted to have Guinness on board as our official drinks partner for this event. There are 2 sessions available with tickets available on a 1st-come 1st-served basis. Bring your friends and enjoy a fantastic new event in Southport.”

With demand already building and the countdown officially on, locals and visitors alike are being encouraged to gather their friends, wear their green, and get ready for a St Patrick’s Day shindig to remember.
