Young 29 year old Southport Mum suffers rare form of cancer as fundraising appeal launched
A young Southport mum has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer just after celebrating her 29th Birthday.
People are now being urged to support a GoFundMe page set up to provide life saving treatment for her and to provide a better quality of life while she fights this devastating disease. Over £1,000 has already been donated by kind hearted people, but more is needed, and every penny counts. The fundraiser had been set up by Hailley Farley, who said:- “A few of you may already know by now, but for those of you that don’t, our beautiful, hula hooping, fairy goddess Eden Tinsley has sadly been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. In 2022 Eden started to have some concerns about the hearing in her right ear and after many GP and hospital visits, was diagnosed shortly after her 29th Birthday a few weeks ago. Eden is now undergoing alternative, life saving treatments to battle the cancer, which are very expensive but her consultant is positive that these will not only help save her life but also provide a better quality of life whilst she fights this I am setting up this page to help raise as much money as possible to help with this. We are starting with a moonlight hike up Mount Snowdon, which I’d love for as many of you as possible to join in with to either raise or donate money towards. The page will also be used for anyone else that would like to do further fundraising and for any donations. Please contact either myself or John regarding either. This has obviously been a massive shock and especially hard for Eden’s 13 year old son Zeke, but thankfully they both have the amazing John by their side throughout all of this, he is their rock! And to you Eden my beautiful friend you’ve got this and we’ve all got you…Love you xxx” Eden lost her Mum, Lisa Tinsley, at the age of just 46 years old, in 2020. Lisa was an inspirational Southport Mum who loved helping to give young people a good start in life, and was the manager of the Make It Workshop Community Interest Company (CIC) in Cambridge Walks in Southport Town Centre. var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-5165542-3']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ?
