Ancestral Health Festival 2024 - Are you going?
THE Ancestral Health Festival will take place from:- 17 August to 18 August 2024, offering a unique opportunity to learn from:- experts, participate in engaging workshops, and connect with a community dedicated to health and wellness. Whether you're new to the concept of ancestral health or a seasoned practitioner, this festival has something for everyone.
This event will be held at:- The Rainford Junction Pub and Grounds and will explore how ancient wisdom and modern science can combine to enhance our well being. Event Coordinator, Phil Escott, said:- "Our festival will let you discover the secrets to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. It brings together leading experts in the field of ancestral health to Almost everything we have been told about diet and lifestyle is completely upside down. The good news is that the answers lie in the wisdom of the past. Part of that ancestral heritage is getting together in groups and tribes and sharing this old wisdom, and that’s the magic of festivals. We thought we would take that model and gather some of the leading experts in the country in various ancestrally based knowledge in a festival setting." Event Highlights:- • Keynote Speakers: Renowned health and wellness experts will share their insights on nutrition and holistic health practices. They will be speaking on our true ancestral diet, quantum/circadian biology, regenerative farming, autoimmune and metabolic disease reversal, natural childbirth, biochemistry and much more. • Interactive Workshops: Engage in hands-on activities such as:- natural movement workshops, blacksmithing, butchery, energy healing and cold-water therapy. • Exhibitor Booths: Explore a variety of products and services from local and national vendors specialising in health foods, supplements and holistic health practices. • Community Connections: Network with like minded individuals who are passionate about living healthier, more sustainable lives. • Live Music: There will be a DJ and live music from The Daz Band in the marquee. • Camping, weekend or day ticket options available. • Children welcome and catered for.
