A GoFundMe campaign had been launched by Adam Thompson, the photographer known for his Humans of Liverpool work, to help those affected by the incident during Liverpool FC’s Victory Parade, on Bank Holiday Monday.
The funds raised will be distributed by the:- Community Foundations for Lancashire and Merseyside (CFLM), working closely with:- Merseyside Police Family Liaison Officers and other emergency services to ensure help reaches those most in need.
After immediate needs are addressed, the appeal will also support local community organisations providing emotional support and helping rebuild the collective wellbeing of the City.
