Panorama 'The Southport Attack'
TONIGHT, the BBC is broadcasting interviews with some of the victims who were attacked last July in on the documentary program Panorama. This will include an interview with a 13 year old girl who was helping to run the class when Axel Rudakubana stabbed her. It will also include an interview with the Yogo Teacher, whose class it was. She was nearly killed, being stabbed 5 times as she desperately tried to save the children. This interview marks the 1st time the victims have been able to speak publicly, but we would like to remind everyone that the victims, including those interviewed, are still grieving. The children's identities are hidden to help protect them. These interviews are part of their long road to recovery, and even though they have spoken on TV, it doesn't mean they have recovered.
