THE network status of our phone and internet connections will soon be temporarily affected by scheduled maintenance work which is due to be carried out on both software and hardware run by our communications provider, within the main exchange.
This maintenance work will be carried out as quickly as possible to minimize any impact on our services.
This scheduled essential maintenance work is being carried out to fix some issues that have been identified within the network, at the exchange level, and at the same time, they will add some new features onto our network, which are required for smother operations of our new services, which we are about to offer.
The performance of our systems should also be improved following the upgrades.
We anticipated downtime of around 150 minutes, which will affect some of our phone lines, and will definitely affect our websites, along with some of our client's websites, between:- 1 am to 6 am BST, on:- 20 April 2023.
