Couch to 5K Returns to Litherland Sports Park This September

ACTIVE Sefton is excited to announce the return of its popular Couch to 5K programme, starting Sunday, 15 September 2025 at 6pm at Litherland Sports Park.

Designed for complete beginners, Couch to 5K is a 10-week programme that helps participants gradually build up from little or no running experience to confidently completing a 5K run.

The sessions are friendly, supportive, and perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness, boost their confidence, and enjoy the benefits of running in a group.

The course costs £13 for the entire 10 week programme, running every Monday and Wednesday.
