Southport, are you ready for some fireworks??
WHAT would have been the 2nd night of the British Musical Fireworks Championships is set to go ahead tonight. All attention is now on the wind spreads.
Sadly, due to safety reasons the 1st night had to be carried due to strong and unpredictable wind. Full refunds are being given to those who had tickets to Friday nights display. But sadly their tickets are not valid for tonight. Tonight is looking good... The event will see the competitors lighting up the sky and Victoria Park with what is set to be an amazing display of pyrotechnics. Should all go to plan these are the companies taking part:-
The gates will open at:- 18:00 with the 1st display being fired at:- 20:00, followed by a short break, then the 2nd display of the night will blast off at 20:30, with the last display being light at:- 21:00. The gates will close at:- 21:30.
