MOBILE Phones have been activated by the national alert system in parts of the UK due to the exceptionally dry conditions.  Wild Fires like on Formby Dunes are a huge risk currently as are Fires started on people's gardens, as a result the public are being told not to have any naked flames, including BBQ's or set off Fireworks.
