Steps.... Clean the potato but do not break the skin. Get 6 cups of boiling water and put them into a bowl. Then add the potato. Put in another cup, the 6 table spoons of boiling water and dissolve the icing sugar into it. Also, add the beta carotene colourant into it, if you have it to hand. Next mix into the cup the beetroot juice into the bowl of boiling water with the potato in. Next add the cup of colouring and a small amount of grated zest of an orange.
