Detective Sergeant Kieran Connolly said:- “The supply of illegal drugs is often reliant on violence, intimidation and the exploitation of vulnerable people. It has no place in the heart of our communities in Merseyside, and we will explore every avenue possible to detect the sale of illegal drugs and bring those responsible to justice. Using police and community intelligence, officers execute warrants, stop checks and land searches as well as online surveillance all year round to disrupt the supply of drugs, take them off our streets and bring those involved to justice. We will continue to do everything in our power to stop the cycle of drug supply in Merseyside and urge anyone with information on where they are being sold to contact us.”
