Paige Canon, who is Miss Merseyside 2022 will be officially opening the Big Model and Hobby Show 2023
LIFE is getting harder and harder, and many of us find it even harder still to enjoy our free time when we get away from the demands of work. The Big Model and Hobby Show 2023 gives you a chance to find a hobby that you can enjoy and that should help you unwind.
This year's show is being held at Formby High School on:- 5 August 2023. This fantastic show is being opened by:- Miss Merseyside 2023, Paige Canon, at:- 10:30 am and the show will run until:- 4:30pm. If you do not know who Paige is, she is from West Derby, and is dyslexic. She entered the Miss England heat to show other people that even if you are dyslexic or anything like that, you can still have the power to do anything you want to do. And, also she wanted to do this competition to build up her confidence about herself and her abilities. Since winning the title she has gone from strength to strength and has even been on the London Fashion Week catwalk! She will be on hand to give anyone who is interested in going into modeling advice. The Big Model and Hobby Show 2023 is more than just a model railway show. Exhibitions in the 2023 show will cover a wide range of hobbies and activities that offer us all enjoyable leisure activities, that we can engage in, that should help us get away from the stress of our daily lives. After the opening, you will be able to discover what's on offer, from talks by Southport's Rocketman, to woodcarving, and even Lacemaking. And that is not forgetting the model aircraft, model remote control tanks, steam engines, and lots lots more. The show will also have real-life military vehicles!
