BOW & ARROW The Plebs of Sherwood
NEXT month City Theatre presents the outrageous comedy musical:- 'Bow & Arrow The Plebs of Sherwood. Written' and directed by:- Barry Levy. This adult only show follows 2 best friends:- Bow Scar played by Abi Tyrer & Arrow Hunter played by Johnny Sedgwick-Davies.
This brand-new Sherwood story kicks off 1 year after our last visit to Nottingham village, where we see Lincoln ‘The King’ Hardwood (Leo Hewitson) and Arrow Hunter return from the crusades overseas, while his best friend has had a year of uncontrollable wild fun. Even the Sherwood Nuns can’t keep:- ‘The Femdom of Sherwood’ Bow Scar in line. Returning characters include:- Gob (Louis Cashin Harris) & Princess Elle Hardwood (Molly Riley) who are both up to their usually naughty antics, a heartbroken Maid Marian (Elisha Mai) who dreams of seeing Robin Hood (Shaun Herr) once again and a brief appearance by Ursula ‘The Witch of Sherwood’ (Lucy Walters). Of course, it this adult show wouldn’t be the same without the 1 and only Mistress Cage, who will be played by Gemma Harrison, who controls the men of Sherwood with just a glance. To mix things up and to bring an element of surprise we’ve several new characters including:- Duke Regal played by Alan McDonald, Little John (Sean Campbell), ‘The Wizard of Kink’ Belle Vixen (Rebekah Moreland), Rubble ‘The Dragon’ (Shannon Griffiths) and Cedric Wyatt (Scott Lewis)…it’s safe to say that these characters really make this a very, very naughty show. ‘To help bring a show like this alive, it’s important to build a solid, talented team around me’ stated Barry Levy, and so the Creative Directors are the multi-talented:- Rebekah Moreland and Gemma Harrison, with Elisha Mai taking in the duties of Singing Coach. While Liv Schofield joins the show as:- Production Manager, Joe Gordon returns as Stage Manager, with backstage assistance from:- Eli Morgan and Sam Jones. The company is also proud that they have put together the strongest ensemble in their history and so this high-energy show really will put the heat in your summer this year. With exciting rock anthems, you will be entertained from the start to the very end. This is shown strictly for 18+ only! If you’re easily offended, then this may not be the show for you.
