Southport Comedy Festival takes place:- Friday, 3 October to Sunday, 19 October 2025 for 17 fun-filled days of laughter.

2 - Oktoberfest

3 - Moving Monsters Trail
Families can explore Southport this Halloween in search of mischievous 3D monsters and characters.
2 free augmented reality (AR) trails will make for a fantastic day out in Southport during the spooky season, packed with selfie opportunities, surprises, and the chance to win exciting prizes.
Using a special trail map, visitors can uncover hidden locations throughout the town where secret QR codes are waiting to be found. Scan the code and watch as 3D animated characters come to life!
Colourful, dancing beasties will appear around the town centre as part of the Moving Monsters Trail which is organised by Southport BID.

4 - Fear By The Pier
Families are invited to enjoy the brand new ‘Fear By The Pier’ in Southport this autumn!
This Halloween themed event will take place at family attractions at Kings Gardens in Southport

5 - Shrek
