WE do not often post about missing people as they are often found by the time we have confirmed all the information. This missing person is someone who is known to a client of ours, so we have had all the information confirmed and the situation is currently active.

His profile description is as follows:- Missing:- Carl Philip Williams He is aged:- 48 Gender:- Male Race:- White / British Accent:- Scouse Eye color:- Brown Hair color:- grey balding hair / short grey beard Height:- Approximately 5" 5' Build:- Slim. Carl was last seen wearing this grey coat fur coat and a grey parka jacket. Carl is from the Everton area of Liverpool (L6), and is known to frequently be out around Sefton and Liverpool areas.
