Yellow Warning for Wind affecting North West England
PLEASE take extra care if out and about. Yery heavy rain overnight has led to pluvial flooding in places, resulting in hazardous driving conditions within some parts of the North West of England
Currently, the Met Office has issued a:- 'Yellow Weather Warning' for:- 'Strong Winds' within our area, from today (11 April 2023) starting at:- 3 pm until:- Wednesday, 12 April 2023, at:- 3 am. Currently, we are hearing of some issues across Merseyside, including severe flooding affecting Liverpool's Secret WW2 Bunker Museum, Western Approaches HQ. The museum has said that:- "Due to severe flooding, we have had to close the museum. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please keep an eye on our social media for updates. If you booked with us online, your booking is valid for 12 months. Alternatively, contact us for a refund.
