LIVERPOOL´S largest book festival, Liverpool Book Festival, is returning to BoxPark with a Summer Special on:- Sunday, 2 August 2026 and there are only a limited number of tickets available! The incredible event will feature over 60 authors, artisan stalls, street food, live music, talks, cosplay characters, a kids zone and more throughout the day!

This is the third Liverpool Book Festival event and it keep getting bigger and better each time. Guests can meet authors in person and buy their books directly, whilst it’s also an opportunity to network with publishers and bookshops. There’s an artisan market with an array of artsy stalls to browse and delicious street food from the BoxPark vendors.

On the day, there’s live music from some of the Region’s finest acoustic artists and DJ Laura Love will be spinning some cool grooves. Meanwhile, there are fascinating talks in the conference room, including live a hypnosis display, live tarot readings and a short film screening with live narration. And there’s even more!

Liverpool Book Festival is family friendly and will feature a huge kids zone outside — with lots of free activities for children to enjoy throughout the day. Whilst tickets to Liverpool Book Festival are just £15, Under 12s go free so it’s a really affordable thing for families to enjoy during the summer holidays and it gets children off their devices.

Organiser Justin Hopper from La Vida Liverpool said:- “I’m really excited for this 3rd Liverpool Book Festival event and they just keep getting better! The feedback is always fantastic — with guests, authors, traders and entertainers all loving it! It’s a concept that blends a traditional book fair with a festival — with loads going on throughout the day and something for everyone from book lovers to families.”

He continued:- “The Region has some truly brilliant authors and Liverpool Book Festival is an opportunity to meet them in person and buy from them directly. It’s also a great networking opportunity and a platform for artisan traders, musicians and entertainers. I’ll also be giving back to charity again — with Mersey Mind Project and Reverse North West to benefit from this event. I can’t wait for another amazing event!”
