It is full steam ahead at WLLR for the 2023 Season

THE West Lancashire Light Railway (WLLR) will be hosting the family favourite steam train events again, in Hesketh Bank, from:- Sunday, 2 April 2023.

Once again this attraction will run it's trains along the short track, that is located midway between:- Southport and Preston, every Sunday and Bank Holiday, until November, 2023.

We are told that trains run from:- 11.30 until 4.30pm, on the days of operation and that:- "fares have been held at 2019 prices." Plus the tickets are valid for travel all day, and you can travel all day long!

A WLLR spokesman said:- "Please remember to visit our lovely Tea room which will be open serving delicious teas, coffees and cakes, whilest watching our trains run. We can't wait to see you, it's going to be an exciting year. Watch out for our fabulous family event."
