ON 30 July 2024, the day after the knife attack in Southport, Prime Minister Keir Starmer visited the seaside town. This is footage we took of many members of the local community laying down floral tribute at the scene of the knife attack in Southport, including:- PM, along with Merseyside Police and Crime Commissioner Emily Spurrell, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Mayor Steve Rotheram, and many others. It is also worth adding that local residents have been watering the flowers and looking after those laying them. Plus, many others have also stepped in to help, with donations of buckets and other materials to help with the growing number of tributes bing left.
